Petition Ensure that a Scottish independence referendum includes all born & bred Scots

In the 2014 Scottish independence referendum born & bred Scots, residing outside the country, were denied the right to vote in the referendum. This must not be allowed to be the case if there is a 2nd referendum. Scotland's future must be decided by all Scots, no matter their location in the World.
