Petition Fine cyclists who block roads when a dedicated cycle path is right next to them.

Living in a city and being a motorist, I'm sick to death of cyclists holding up busy main roads by cycling on the road itself when dedicated cycle paths have often been built specifically for them at tax payer's expense.

It's time cyclists learned to respect the rules of the road as drivers must.
