I think alot of people are unaware of mental illness' because it can not be seen. Most people dont understand the basic facts on mental health issues. Different situations in a work place can effect people suffering with mental illness' . This will offer support.

I believe everyone should know how it effects people on a daily basis. 1 in 6.8 people experience mental health problems in the workplace.
It is estimated that 1 in 6 people in the past week experienced a common mental health problem. Diagnosed or undiagnosed it is a major issue that needs to be addressed.
