We need to end the stigma associated with mental illness through showing people that physical illnesses and mental illnesses are one.

1 in 4 people in the U.K. Suffer from a mental illness. But many suffer in silence because of the stigma associated with mental health. Stigma stops people reaching out for help and if left, mental illnesses dig deeper and deeper. Please help end the stigma, before it really is too late.
