Closed Ban all public use of headwear that covers the face from being worn in the UK

With the ever increasing risk of terrorism in the UK, the public has been asked to help in the prevention by looking for out of place things. Wearing headwear could cover an identity of a wanted person from CCTV and people could remain hidden and therefore undetected.
