HRA1998 is domestic legislation tony blair of lfi which is a foreign lobby group he "never missed a meeting" (dispatches channel 4). Article 1 is the agreement to promote human rights (as accepted by domestic judges) and article 13 is the right to a remedy if abuses are proved in domestic courts.
