Petition Bring back the Intermediate Tier for the new Maths GCSE Specification

I feel that the new Maths Specification will inevitably fail all the 16 year old's who find the Foundation tier too easy, yet suffer at the difficulty of the Higher tier as the two papers clearly don't cater for the students who are in this predicament.
