We know the safety profile for pure MDMA, yet due to it's illegal status, users of street MDMA run the risk of taking impure compounds that can be very dangerous and cause death. If MDMA is regulated we can be aware of dosage, frequency of consumption and have a pure drug not supplied by criminals.
