Petition Change the law to make any MP who changes allegiance from one party to resign

Any MP or councillor can charge party allegiance with no thought to the electors who voted for them when they stood for a particular party, when chaging party they no longer represent the thoughts of those who elected them. They should be made to resign and face a new election.
