Closed Offer automatic asylum for LGBT members from Russia

Following the "anti-gay propaganda" bill signed into law by President Vladimir Putin on 30 June 2013 and the resulting continued and ongoing oppression, imprisonment and torture of members of the Russian LGBT community. May the UK government offer automatic asylum and support to whoever may seek it.
