Petition Real contract's for real people Please End Coperate Greed

I worked in retail for 5 year's and my experience was bad, I was given a 16 hour contract where i would have too work random hour's that fit the company, but this did not work for me, it cause great stress and no feeling of worth, I prepose they should be giving more 32 hour contract's instead of load's of 4 hour 8 hour and 12 hour contract's too save money, this benefit's nobody and means they dont have any cash too spend.. i believe this is one source of the problem too why the eccomony is not growing. thank's. the should be a rule here, they do these small contract's too save on NI payment's. i believe it is corporate greed,
