The government should legislate to abolish the Premier League and return English football to 1 league system, as prior to 1992.

The greed and self-serving nature of the Premier League has proved time and time again they cannot be trusted to look after our national game. The latest decision to 'encourage' the Football League clubs to sign up to harmful rules on young players by threatening to withold money will have detrimental affects on our national sport forever.

The government must step in and end the 'GREED League' in the national interest.
