Closed Convicted terrorists should be jailed in special prisons for whole of life

Terrorists aim to kill. When they have been caught and prosecuted they should never have another opportunity to kill. They spread their ideology in prison increasing risk to public when they and others are released. They must be held in special prisons and kept there until they die.
