The increase and popularity of cycling has exploded over the past few years and brought thousands of cyclists onto our crowded roads and into conflict with other road users. The potential for accidents has increased and the potential for fatal head injuries.
In 2015, 18,844 cyclists were injured in reported road accidents, including 3,339 who were killed or seriously injured. (Source ROSPA)
