Closed petition make the punishment for stealing tools from tradesmens vehicles harsher.

There seems to be a marked increase in thefts of tools from trade vehicles. Most of the people affected are self employed so the actual cost to them cannot be quantified. They lose work have to spend money replacing thousands of pounds of tools often accumulated over many years.
