Closed Working week to be split 40/60, weekend (Fri-Sun) weekday (Mon-Thurs)

I believe this should be considered with great thought as I think we over work ourseleves during the week and dont get enough breathing space to enjoy our own time and time with our familes, overworking can lead to mental and physical health issues so I believe this can help fix that.
