The House of Lords is meant to be a revising chamber for Government legislation. It is currently bursting at the seams with unelected peers who claim expenses and do not vote. 115 peers claimed £1.3m in expenses but scarcely uttered a word or voted.
Replace the House with an elected upper chamber.

It is time for elections to the House of Lords.
Elect people from different backgrounds and experience to represent the people and truly hold Parliament to account.
