Rejected petition The United Kingdom to Support Iraqi Kurdistan become independent country.
Rejected on
An independence referendum was held on 25/09/2017,results showing the vast majority of votes cast in favor of independence.
The Kurds desperately want freedom – why won’t the free world support them?
It's UK moral duty to Provide assistance for the peaceful establishment of a Kurdish independent.
The Kurdish people are the largest nation around the world that were denied self-determination by WWI allies and The League of Nations in 1920s. As a result, they have been targeted inhumanely and were segregated, alienated. Kurds also have a huge number of immigrants and diaspora worldwide that is estimated about 3.000.000 m. For the aforementioned reasons, UK should support Kurdish Independence in/of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Iraq.
