If the Government could step in and either loan it money or buy it and have Monarch run as a State entity, it could prevent so many job losses and retain happy customers, as well as having an asset.
Monarch had many bookings and customers at the time of its collapse. It has a strong and loyal staff base. This airline can be saved for the good of all.
