Closed Set a maximum premium level for car insurance.

Since the law requires any driver to be insured, there should be a legal maximum the insurers can charge for the annual premium with a basic cover that is acceptable by law.

The government should ensure that a maximum charge is set giving the basic cover needed by law for full comprehensive and third party. The law requires drivers to be insured, the law should also state the maximum that can be charged for this service.
