The Mersey Tunnels have been tolled for years
The Mersey Road Bridges are following suit
The NW region is struggling economically.
Bring all Mersey crossings back into the National Roads structure, like similar structures in Wales and Scotland. This will develop a real "Northern Powerhouse".
