The ticketing companies have no interest in selling all tickets at original face value as they will inflate their profits by selling them through their related businesses.
"Sold out" tickets appear on resale sites within minutes of release for several times the face value.
Allowing ticketing companies to own related companies which can resell tickets at a higher price has an inherent conflict.
