I am an American who has lived in the UK for 3 years with my Polish wife who is a NHS staff nurse. We were married in 2015 and known each other 5 years.

I was denied a residency card and it was allowed by appeal. The Home Office retaliated with a section 10 removal notice to deport me. This has now been rescinded but I still don’t know if I will be granted a residency card.
