Magna Carta guarantees the removal of foreign forces following the restoration of peace. In 1942, after Japan attacked Hawaii, American forces established bases in the UK to fight Nazi Germany. In 1945 Adolf Hitler killed himself. On 8 October 2017 American forces still occupied 6 bases in the UK.
