Closed Cut the "Aid budget" to other countries and use it to help our struggling NHS

Our £13 Billion Aid budget needs to be cut for our struggling NHS.
The NHS are struggling for staff, beds and resources to keep up with the growing demand. The NHS needs to be updated; with up to date systems/policies.
Funding needs to be put into education, new staff and a important pay rise.
