Rejected petition 18+ student oyster card 30% discount should apply on single journey basis.

Mostly students commute to university 3/4 times a week. You can only get discount on 18+ student oyster card if you buy a weekly or monthly pass which works out a lot expensive for many students. TFL should apply discount on every journey basis so they can actually benefit from the offer.
