Closed Amend driving licences to remove the unnecessary title from women's licences.

UK driving licences betray a clear and unwarranted gender bias. Men's driving licences are in their name without a title: John Smith. Women's driving licences contain a title: Miss Joan Smith. There is no reason for this. Someone's marital or academic status has no impact on their ability to drive.
