Rejected petition Make Greater Anglia refund customers for their poor service this year

Greater Anglia are the worst run train company in the UK. They are constantly delayed and have issues every day.
They are one of the most expensive and do not provide any sort of service.
To add they refuse to refund customers for late running unless it’s over 30 minutes.
They ruin livelihoods.
