All Foreign Vehicles entering the UK to use our roads and motorways, to be charged a one year payment, and be issued a Vignette to register for their use of our road system.

If most of Europe can charge for their roads, it should be done in the UK, to help our economy, by extra revenue for maintaining our road infrastructure.
As an Island Nation we have the ideal opportunity, to charge at all Ports of entry.
