Rejected petition All Nuclear weapons on Earth to be disarmed and safely disposed of.

Any nuclear weapon that ever launches will have severe impact here on Earth. There is huge evidence with this yet today even more are being, built, tested and considered to be used. (against most civilians will.) The question is why? A world fatality, crops, animals & all signs of life gone.
