Petition Bring back vehicle tax discs

The number of unlicensed vehicles on the road has tripled since the paper tax disc was abolished. Government figures point to lost revenue of £107m from 755,000 unlicensed vehicles last year. Scrapping the tax disc was meant to save £10m a year, but it failed. The government needs to do a u-turn.
