Capital punishment should be introduced for those directly responsible for multiple deaths in terrorist attacks - and with a mandatory life sentence for those convicted of materially aiding or abetting them. The property and assets of those convicted in either category of crime should be confiscated, sold, and fairly distributed to the family and dependents of the attack’s victims.
