Closed Government to provide mental health screening for all new fathers.

While new mothers have screening for their mental health, unfortunately fathers who also have a history if depression do not at present. With all recent research on Fathers we must provide an assessment for all parents as the biggest killer in men under fifty in the UK is SUICIDE.
