Islam is the second largest religion in the United Kingdom, giving the UK Muslim population in 2011 as 2,786,635. The vast majority of Muslims in the United Kingdom live in England: 2,660,116 (5.02%). At the same time there are 1,249 McDonald's in the UK. And yet 0 of those 1,249 serve halal meat.

I was very upset to hear that no McDonald's in the UK currently serve halal meat. This extremely limits the options for many people who call it home. I wish to change this. Please sign this petition as you probably know someone who cannot enjoy the simplicity of getting some McDonald's because all they can have is chips!
