Closed Cut Foreign Aid to £2B and use the balance for UK Defence and Public Services.

The Foreign Aid budget of 0.7% of GDP is an arbitrary target which sees the UK actually borrow money to then give it away to foreign countries. At a time of such worldwide insecurity, this money would be much better spent on the UK's Armed Forces and on helping the NHS & other Public Services.
