Petition Rebate and partially rebate stamp duty on properties purchased since 22/11/16

The new stamp duty rules for houses under 300k and only partial for above is great news for new buyers. I was a new buyer 5 months ago and struggled to get stamp duty together.

I feel that following the chancellor’s revelation on the 22/11/17, all properties purchased within the last 12 months, particularly ones purchased using help to buy, should have partial or full refunds on the stamp duty in line with the chancellor’s new ruled surrounding stamp duty
