Cyclists should pay road tax to ride on the road. It seems that motorists who pay the tax have to give way and give so many rights on the road for someone who doesnt pay tax to use the road. For example a horse rider can not ride on a cycle path, but a cyclist can ride on a bridle way, horse riders pay road tax to transport their horses to shows. Cyclists are also slow, and not very often wear florecent vests to show where they are. They are a menece to the road.
