Rejected petition We want to make the rape, murder rate decrease by introducing the death penalty.
In the last 3 years the murder rate has increased by 13% and we want to stop this by introducing the death penalty. We believe that introducing the death penalty will make the criminals afraid and then the murder rate will decrease.

Also we think that if you take someone else life yours should be take as well as you have taken someone else.
