The BBC NEWS Website, wonderful as it is to keep us informed of current affairs but time and time again it has been mentioned to the BBC to provide subtitles on all videos and never to receive a reply. With Equalities Act and Disability Act they should not ignore. The are many Licence fee payees who are Deaf, Hard of hearing and Deafened. Please sign this petition to wake up the BBC.
