Rejected petition Conjugal visits for prisoners

I have been married for 20 years very rarely spent anytime apart conjugal visits should be allowed to keep the relationship because it will fall apart with lack intimacy and if that happens when a prisoner is released there's a bigger chance of them reoffending without the support of their family
