Rejected petition Change the zebra crossing outside Royton library to a pelican crossing.
Several days ago a young boy got hit at this very crossing causing severe injurie, this young boy needed surgery to correct these injuries and luckily survived his horrific accident. This young boy could of very easily been killed just like many others.

This zebra crossing is in the very center of Royton and is used by MANY people a day including myself. And iv witnessed first hand how cars do not stop for this crossing.
