Closed Negotiate right for EU/UK citizens to hold a second EU passport after 2019

Many people who are British born EU citizens, believe they are having their citizenship summarily removed against their will. This resentment could be easily avoided by negotiating the right for UK Citizens to hold a second EU passport after Brexit. This would help heal the rift in the UK.
