Petition On four lane motorways, restrict HGV vehicles and coaches to lanes 1 and 2.

The country has spent billions in upgrading traditional motorways to four lane smart motorways, however all this investment is wasted as soon as you get three trucks trying to overtake each other at 55mph. Trucks should be limited to lanes 1 and 2 to allow faster travellers to go in lanes 3 and 4.
