Petition To change the law, to regulate maintenance charges for leasehold properties.

Each of the 5 flats in my property are charged £1800 annually. Each segment of this bill is extortionate charges for which you can get alot cheaper. Now we have just found out that we need to raise £13,000 in 2 years for the roof.
