Rejected petition A permanent memorial to be erected on the spot Drummer Lee Rigby was murdered.
We would like to see a permanent memorial at the very spot Drummer Lee Rigby was murdered. The memorial should be visible 24 hours a day and should not kept away from daylight in a church.The memorial should a be lasting memorial and to highlight why his life should be remembered.
