Rejected petition Give Lee Rigby a official memorial.

Recently in the news, i have seen how the un-official memorial to Lee Rigby was removed by Royal Borough of Greenwich Council, which is a disgrace. Its time we honored this fallen hero with an official memorial that can't be removed.
