In recent years there has been a sharp increase in the amount of roadside car sales. Second hand car salesmen are using the side of the road to sell their cars and it must stop. Often these vehicles are not taxed and not registered to the new keeper and are usually parked outside the homes of innocent residents.
A law should exist that only allows an individual to sell a car on a public highway if they have applied to their local council to do so.
