Petition Make it a crime to remove dairy calves' teats without anaesthetic & pain relief

Many dairy calves have extra or "supernumerary" teats removed with a scalpel or scissors. It is only "recommended" to provide anaesthetic. Not legally required to provide anaesthetic and pain relief medication afterwards
