Rejected petition make it a legal requirement for knowledgable doctors to do ESA & PIP assessments

assessments for esa and pip need qualified medical knowledge of the conditions and how they can affect claimants. a 4 week training course is no replacement for proper medical knowledge of conditions and their affect on individuals on a daily basis.
