Petition Make the Corporation of London properly, fully democratically accountable

1. Elections to Corporation of London limited to residents of the City of London.
2. Disenfranchise all business in Corporation of London elections.
3. Make electoral process for the Corporation of London similar to that which exists for all other boroughs (e.g. remove the requirement to be a 'Freeman of the City' to be a member of the Court of Common Council)
4. Abolish City of London Police/transfer all policing powers to Metropolitan Police.
5. Make the Corporation of London subject to Freedom of Information/transparency requirements applicable to all other boroughs nationwide.
6. Publish 'City Cash' accounts, together with details of any payments made/lobbying activities.
7. Abolish the position of 'The Remembrancer'.
8. Where not mentioned above, make all other activities carried out by the Corporation of London not currently subject to the same requirements of boroughs nationwide adhere to standard practice.
